About This Opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Salary and Benefits, you will be the cornerstone for the University?s salary and benefits function, ensuring effective delivery that meets the needs of our diverse community. This role is responsible for the provision of high quality, timely and client focused employee benefits, salary and payroll services. You will serve as the specialist in terms of payroll services, superannuation and employee benefits.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring payroll and superannuation processes comply with internal and external audit, ATO, and Office of State Revenue requirements, and managing overpayments, advances, and timely payments.
Investigating and resolving complex remuneration issues, providing expert advice on changes in legislative and taxation requirements relating to superannuation and employee benefits
