Your New Role

Collaborate directly with the Creative & Marketing Directors to shape and execute our social media and community engagement strategy. Your Day to Day

• Lead the conceptualisation, execution, and optimisation of the frank green social media and community engagement strategy.

• Oversee social calendar management, content scheduling, and publication across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Innovate audience-centric and platform-appropriate social content concepts.
• Conduct research on prevailing benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Deliver ongoing social media reporting against predefined objectives and KPIs.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to maintain brand consistency.
• Provide customer service support through direct engagement across our social channels.
• Manage copywriting and content production processes.
• Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Spearhead social campaign management and offer support from ideation to execution for product launches.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic KPIs on a weekly basis, with monthly reporting on community development and engagement.

Your Skills

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in social media, content, and community management.
• Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret data and report on performance and KPIs.
• A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
• Creative aptitude to conceptualise and deliver engaging content aligned with our brand values.
• A keen interest in global brands, trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.

The Opportunity:

Join our team at RM Begg, Kyneton, Victoria on a full-time basis. The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters across the home. The role will ensure that all professional care and ancillary support services are delivered in accordance with Respect's values, policies and procedures; and to ensure that the home is managed and maintained within the approved budget, accreditation standards, compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of quality resident-focused care and ancillary support services at the facility.
• Promote the facility and services to potential residents and their families.
• Ensure all work undertaken within areas of accountability comply with the organisation’s mission, vision, core values, policies, procedures, codes of conduct, legislative/regulatory requirements and recognised accreditation standards.
• Ensure that the facility operates in accordance with specified quality improvement systems.
• Comply with mandatory reporting requirements
• Manage the admission of residents and conduct consultation with residents and their families as required.

• Planning, control and directing the provision of a range of high quality personal, clinical care and support services
• Ensure that the facility's projected income is achieved in accordance with approved budgets.
• Ensure that expenditure across all areas of accountability is in accordance with approved budgets
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of the organisation policies, procedures and management systems
• Ensure all direct employee reports are made aware of their policy, legislative and other relevant compliance obligations from the commencement of their employment with the organisation.
• Conduct regular meetings with workgroups such as nursing employees, service employees and catering employees to discuss relevant workplace issues.

Essential:

• Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN).
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care.
• Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards, Specified Care and Service Principles of the Aged Care Act, Documentation Standards, Residents Rights, Aged Care Funding Instrument and other relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practices.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).

Desirable:

• Previous nursing management experience.
