About the role: Based at Bayswater, an exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Production & Warehouse Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager, Sales team and Logistics team to ensure the smooth running of all production lines and warehouse functions - ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Due to the bespoke nature of AMDC, you will demonstrate an understanding of customisation and can drive strong outcomes with a strong focus in Doors and working closely with Mouldings manufacturing. You will be process driven with outstanding attention to detail and can deliver results for both the client and AMDC. This role will be responsible for the Mouldings Factory, Door Factory and Warehousing (Stock & Inventory) with up to 25 staff. Your skills and experience: Demonstrated experience and proven track record in Production and Warehouse Management within a manufacturing environment with a stable employment history (minimum 5 years). Proven capability across quality control, WH&S and staff recruitment, training & mentoring. Driving process improvements and change management by applying best practices and focusing on waste reduction, product quality & productivity. Analysing production data and actively providing recommendations & then implementation for improvements and efficiencies. Inventory planning, scheduling, and ordering based on sales pipeline and future work order schedules Ability to trouble shoot problems & issues with a natural proactive and pre-emptive approach. Proven ability to take ownership of projects and tasks with demonstrated time management skills. Commercially savvy with a strong customer outcome focus.
