About the role
The Project Manager - Alumni, Stakeholder Engagement and Events supports the execution of Clarendon's Stakeholder Engagement Strategy by applying their best practice knowledge to administer the strategy. The Project Manager - Alumni, Stakeholder Engagement and Events works under the direction of the Head of Engagement and works closely with key stakeholders to build effective relationships in order to develop and implement creative and strategically aligned engagement initiatives whilst managing stakeholder data.

Role tasks and responsibilities
Increase engagement and strengthen relationships with alumni while increasing alumni volunteer and advocacy opportunities.
Effectively execute engagement-related events.
Execute stakeholder communications using web-based marketing programs.
Ensure effective data management of stakeholder records within Synergetic, including ensuring data integrity, updates of personal details and recording of stakeholder activity.
Compile various stakeholder lists for projects, including high volume distribution lists.
Ensure stakeholder communications, events and activities align with the Clarendon brand and best practice.
Knowledge, skill and qualification requirements
Demonstrated experience in using web-based marketing programs and associated reporting.
Demonstrated experience in alumni relations or stakeholder management.
Event management experience from early concept development through to execution and evaluation.
Demonstrated experience in managing data to ensure high levels of data integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident speaking with stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of contemporary communications tools including social media, and an ability to apply such knowledge to segmented stakeholder groups.
Ability to report to key performance indicators.
Experience using a CRM (such as Synergetic) and Microsoft Office products.
Strong Excel knowledge.
