Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role (Refer to essential knowledge and skills)
Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.
Some of the DUTIES you will be performing:
• Manage a network of 70+ highly skilled and professional clinical labour workforce
• Provide on-call/after-hours escalations management to coordinate the 24 hour stem cell collection service, please note the requirement is a minimum of 80 hours on call per week
• Coordinate expectant parents and hospital maternity stakeholders regarding pending collections
• Provide emergency stem cell collections training and advice to all stakeholders including collectors, midwives, nurse unit managers, specialist obstetricians and corporate staff
• Monitor progress of client stem cell collections and take steps to improve the service involving other members of the Cell Care team as appropriate
• Participate in cord blood stem cell collection policy development and implementation
