Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in partnership management, contract management, or related roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Familiarity with the education or career development industry is a plus. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
