This recognisable business has an aggressive growth plan and great rewards for those successful in this highly saturated retail market.Reporting to the country General Manager you will have developed relationships in the Australian retail sector, ideally in the likes of Harvey Norman, Good Guys, E&S Trading, Myer, David Jones and Bing Lee. A strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, you will be self-motivated and driven by success.Responsibilities: Implement the company's business strategy, in order to successfully achieve the required state turnover, profit and market share objectives Analyse the state business to identify opportunities and areas of improvement Expand and maintain the relationship with customers of different channels Interact with key internal stakeholders, communicating market intelligence and competitor activity. Qualifications: 3 years' of sales experience in sales management of multiple channels in full-category consumer appliances/electronics or consumer goods industry Enthusiasm to the goals and also inspire and influence others to achieve it Adaptive communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
