Djirra is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation with over 20 years’ experience accompanying Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, and their children, on their individual journeys. We deliver holistic, culturally safe, specialist family violence support, legal services and case management, alongside cultural and wellbeing workshops, and programs. About the Role

Working closely with the Senior Executive Team, program development and grant writing teams, this is a strategic opportunity for an experienced engagement and philanthropy professional to establish a new function at Djirra. In establishing this function, you will both have strategic and operational responsibilities.  

A key part of this position is to drive the development and implementation of Djirra’s engagement and philanthropy strategy, including building on existing, and establishing new strategic partnerships with donors, universities (internships, research etc) and philanthropic organisations that support Djirra’s vision.  

Another key part of the role is building Djirra’s sustainability through diversifying income. You will be a strong communicator, working closely with the CEO, senior executive team and the program development team (which includes a grant writer), as well as a range of external stakeholders to identify, nurture and grow relationships for Djirra.

We are on the search for values driven, enthusiastic, hands-on professional with a creative and innovative approach to problem solving, and a passion in driving change for Aboriginal women experiencing family violence.

This role will be based primarily in our Collingwood office, with the opportunity to work from our head office in Abbotsford and from our newest office in Melton at times.

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards.

As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients’ assets. Your ability to manage budgets effectively and contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values will also be key, as will the ability to control costs and expenditure.

• Ensuring building compliance and driving initiatives on engineering standards across the business.

This is a rare opportunity for a suitably qualified Marketing Manager to join our Retail Real Estate Management team based at either Kincumber Village or a more suitable Client office. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing all centre marketing and promotional activities to assist with increasing sales as well as engaging with the community while promoting positive and productive retailer relationships.

The Safety/Quality Manager has a direct line of accountability to the Director of Engineering. The SQM is responsible for the maintenance, coordination and monitoring of Leidos Australia Airborne Solutions Engineering's SMS and QMS.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety program relevant to the position
• Be the Quality and Safety contact for all Engineering staff, promoting a culture that ensures safety and compliance as the company’s number one priority
• Ensure that the Director of Engineering is kept properly informed on safety and quality matters
• Be responsible for the management and monitoring of Engineering's SMS and QMS

The Professional Services Senior Manager (Project/Program Management)  will lead a team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Coordinators, including handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met and delivered on-time and under budget. This person will drive customer deployment projects including program, process initiatives, as well as partner with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.
