This is a rare opportunity for a suitably qualified Marketing Manager to join our Retail Real Estate Management team based at either Kincumber Village or a more suitable Client office. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing all centre marketing and promotional activities to assist with increasing sales as well as engaging with the community while promoting positive and productive retailer relationships.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar of promotions and other marketing activities to maximize traffic through the centres and from this develop maximum sales to individual tenants.
- Design and implement specific and targeted campaigns that will drive customer traffic and sales.
- Provide a high level of retailer engagement support to Centre Managers.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns and results and report on activity in monthly management report.
- Maintain relationships with local media, other suppliers and local community groups and be actively involved in community events on behalf of the centres.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets for each of the centres.
- Assist the Client with development of it’s Portfolio Marketing strategy by providing expert advice and insights.
- Management of the Marketing Team (currently 1 Marketing & Community Coordinator).
