Job Position:

Bachelor's Degree is desired.

Travel requirement:

15 - 25% travel may be needed for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling products and/or services to develop new account relationships.
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential customers.
  • Contacting potential customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Working collaboratively with a sales team to sell assigned products or services to important accounts.
  • Demonstrating knowledge about FIS products, solutions, markets, and competitors.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet customer expectations and FIS's capabilities.
  • Assisting in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Completing other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in software sales.
  • Strong experience in asset management or private markets.
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical skills to understand client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Active involvement in industry trade groups (preferred).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and public.
  • Some travel required.
