What’s in it for you?
Our Brisbane practice seeks a talented and driven Tax Senior Manager to join our esteemed International and Transaction Tax Services team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert tax structuring advice to a diverse range of clients, including large multinational listed and private bodies, mainly in the property and infrastructure sector. Your primary focus will be helping clients effectively plan, structure and manage their Australian income tax obligations in relation to new fund structures, co-investment projects, core assets and much more.
You will be at the forefront of addressing international and domestic aspects of income tax and advising on critical income tax matters for special types of trusts, corporates and limited partnerships. Working closely with your team and collaborating with other subservice lines, you will deliver exceptional client service by ensuring the provision of high-quality and timely solutions.
Your key responsibilities
• Advising clients on domestic and international tax matters and providing high quality technical tax advice
• Preparing tax opinions regarding fund structures and various capital structures
• Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
• Providing support and guidance to junior team members
• Staying up-to-date with tax law changes and industry trends
What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Laws, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, or other relevant certifications
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in tax
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
