Job description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager who
can work within a dynamic and high performing environment to join the team in
Proactive NSW Pty Ltd.
Key duties will include but not limited to:

The Role:
1. Manage all aspects of the store to maximize sales results and customer
experience.
2. Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to
personnel.
3. Develop marketing strategies, such as sales promotions and advertising
campaigns to attract new customers.
4. Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information,
and monitor sales and profits.
5. Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to
promote the company's services.
6. Scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and managing employee performance to
ensure that the store is adequately staffed and is meeting performance
standards.
7. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are
met.
8. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
9. Actively networks amongst the community to encourage loyalty and
understand customer/ community needs.
10. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
11. Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to
promote the company's services.
12. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets
and updating financial records.
13.Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
14. Monitor sales transactions and ensure sales procedures are followed
properly.

Key Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field is required
2. Outstanding communication skills and attention to details.
3. Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent
communication
4. Availability to work hospitality hours
5. Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work
unsupervised
6. Experience working in a customer-focused, high-volume business
7. The aspiration to be your own boss running a high-volume retail business

Salary: 
$70,000-75,000 salary annually Exclusive of superannuation
