Skills/Attributes Required:
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional customer service skills, committed to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find effective and efficient solutions to customer issues.
• Efficiently manage time to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Education/Experience Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Managed an excellent customer experience from specification sign-off to 1 month after handover.
• Update customers on supply chain issues, including shortages or discontinued items.
• Support sales staff with spec sign-off.
• After-market sales, including accessories and insurance.
• Managing customer expectations.
• Keeping up to date with HubSpot tasks.
• Manage critical internal stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
• Handle face-to-face and phone enquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve all customer issues.
• Keep abreast of developments in customer service by networking and gaining insight into current trends by reading relevant journals and attending meetings and courses.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties from time to time as directed by management.
