Purpose of the role

This role will be critical in delivering OFX’s e-commerce growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Australia, this role will lead OFX’s direct and third-party acquisition efforts in region. Responsible for leading OFX’s ecommerce portfolio expansion, success in role will based on targeting and winning new to business relationships.

The primary objectives of this role include;

• Proactively lead the expansion of OFX’s e-commerce portfolio.
• Scale and activate OFX’s existing online-seller and marketplace partner network.
• Identify, qualify and acquire corporate clients who sell globally either through their own channels or via a globally approved marketplace.

What you do

The role consists of qualifying partner and prospects from the mid-size business segment (SME & ecommerce partner network). You will focus on driving awareness and consideration of OFX’s value proposition through new and existing partner networks as well prospecting and winning directly with end user corporate clients.

• Present and explain OFX’s valuable proposition, products, and services to partner with potential customers.
• Grow new revenue for the A&NZ business by establishing new partners. You will be assigned an annual target with quarterly milestones
• Actively engage and lead prospects through the pipeline and grow through to matured revenue generating accounts
• Collaborate with OFX’s broader operations team to stay updated with new and existing compliance regulations, legal adjustments, product advancements and distribution channels.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences; provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Intelligently researching, identifying, and tracking new leads and e-commerce opportunities

• Work closely with local and off-shore SICE’s product team to define, validate and agree required improvements, new functionalities, architecture changes, etc. to conform our product roadmap for Australia.

• Conduct regular audits of technical processes and solutions
• Serve as the technical point of contact for all matters outside project technical issues, including presenting roadmaps and discussing potential new functionalities.
• Propose enhancements to existing clients.
• Support the Business Development team in tenders as required.

The preferred candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or equivalent experience
• Over 5 years’ of relevant experience in similar engineering management roles, ideally within similar ITS/Tunnels/SCADA projects
• Relevant experience in technical project management, testing and commissioning management within the ITS industry
• Strong knowledge and expertise of engineering processes, tools, and technical solutions within the ITS industry.
• PLC/SCADA architecture knowledge
• Advanced level of use of MS Office tools
• Strong knowledge of testing tools
• Good knowledge and understanding of software development processes and methodologies

The role - what you’ll do

We are seeking a new General Manager to lead our APAC region, which includes the direct leadership of the sales function. • Experience of successfully managing a commercial team in a fast growth SaaS environment, closing deals at various levels of complexity, and generating expansion revenue. Understands how to lead a multi-functional sales team; ideally should have experience leading the pre- and post- sale commercial function(s) in a hyper-growth environment (+40-50% YoY growth).
• Strong understand of SAAS metrics and KPIs as well as levers to improve performance of key metrics over time

About the Role

The Marketing Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The Account Manager and Customer Success Executive (AM & CSE) is responsible for (1) maintaining and growing our existing book of business, (2) build strong relations with new contacts at the local offices of a list of global subscribers, and (3) proactively provide support and lead with insights to embed Euromonitor as their key solution provider. This is a proactive, activity driven role where success is ultimately measured in activities completion rate and revenue growth. The AM & CSE must be confident and self-motivated, and keen to work closely with clients and drive the commercial agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure contract renewal and grow revenue for each client.
• Develop client relationships
• Understand client’s organisation, strategy, and priorities, through extensive mapping and strategic planning, grow network of users, grow usage, successfully convey benefits of Passport and Euromonitor’s methodology, establish Passport as must-have, develop partnership style relationship.
• Provide expert research support to all clients, through detailed understanding of Euromonitor’s product portfolio and research methodology.
• Encourage more usage/users and information sharing to allow more client participation in our research.
• Provide support to your list of local and global accounts which include but not limited to:
• Solving queries;
• Training users in-person and/or via online demonstrations;
• Developing new users;
• Collecting value stories;
• Handling registration and solving login issues;
• Cooperating with our Client Consultants to generate more consulting leads;
• Working with our Client Consultants to upsell Passport subscription.
• Collaborate with industry teams:
• Develop product offering to meet the changing needs of our client base.
• Leverage research and industry expertise into the client base.
• Effective internal coordination and willingness to learn from your management to identify gaps and development opportunities

Skills/Proficiencies Required

• A self-starter who is looking to work with an ambitious and dynamic team
• Networking, strategic, and structured communication skills to uncover new opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, persuasive and negotiation skills to progress and close deals.
• Target oriented – ability to meet both revenue and activity target monthly and annually.
• Ability to manage workload across all clients, balancing proactive commercial activities with reactive client support.
• Ability to solve problems and react positively to change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer market trends and dynamics is preferable.
