To sustain our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, driven and ambitious Specialist Sales Representative to be part of our highly successful global team.

The Role:

As our newly appointed Specialist Sales Representative you will have responsibility to actively manage the sales territory, key customer relationships and activities, support marketing activities, identify customer trends and opportunities, to achieve/ exceed territory sales targets. 

The role will focus primarily on designated specialties (ie: Rheumatology) in the sales territory, with a corresponding secondary aligned pharmacy channel focus to support the sales of the product.  There will also be a split focus later for Pediatrics to support another product at launch, on the specific territory.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Meet/exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue.
• Engage with HCP’S, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse practitioners in Key Hospitals through face-to-face appointments, Department and MDT meetings to provide disease and product education/awareness.
• Attend industry conferences of relevant therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the greater team.
• Develop annual strategic territory action plan and strategy for assigned products, revised quarterly.
• Identify and engage with KOL’s to achieve advocacy.
• Secondary focus on pharmacy channel and support to ensure sales success.
• Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly.
• Meet or exceed agreed reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
• Monitor key financial areas including the recording of monthly sales and expenditure.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of therapy area to transfer into reasonable strategies and support future activities.
• Use strong technical knowledge and sales skills to build confidence in our brand.
• Contribute to strong cross functional relationships, specifically; Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Medical and Distribution to support the execution of set objectives.

• Sales Experience in Rheumatology / Dermatology or Pediatrics highly favorable
• Tertiary qualification in science, health or business fields
• Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
• Demonstrated local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• A proven record in business planning with demonstratable sales success
• Highly organised with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

The Senior Knowledge Management Specialist will be responsible for actively facilitating the creation, editing, and maintenance of effective, easy to use documentation and other knowledge resources for ServiceNow’s Global Cloud Services organization that runs the infrastructure engineering and Operations for the company. 

This opportunity will also play a vital role in the continual improvement of the knowledge management processes and assets by performing regular analysis, reporting, and training.

Responsibilities

• Actively coach users on the various aspects of using the knowledge base and effectively sharing knowledge with the intended users of the knowledge base articles, including employees internal and external to Global Cloud Services using the provided guidelines. 
• Commit to learn the intricacies of the knowledge application as it is deployed on the instance, the knowledge program standards and practices, and the GCS teams who are the customers of the knowledge base. 
• Assist with coaching users on how to edit and review their knowledge base content to meet the standards defined in the AQI (article quality index).  
• Coach teams and users to address their feedback and manage their article content using the dashboards provided. 
• Create and deliver training on the development and management of documentation and other knowledge resources 
• Analyze feedback, usage statistics, and other data to prioritize the creation and improvement of knowledge resources 
• Update the style guide and acronyms dictionaries as needed 
• Create, analyze, and report on metrics to measure the usage, adoption, success of knowledge resources

About the Role: 

As the Communications Specialist, you play a pivotal role in implementing diverse communication and engagement programs for CDC across multiple platforms. This multifaceted position involves end-to-end project management and leadership for communication plans, covering strategy and innovative development.

 Duties include:

• Develop and oversee content for corporate communication channels.
• Contribute to writing communication collateral, including publications and presentations.
• Aid in executing communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on brand and communication materials, implementing actions for CDC's reputation.
• Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards, also supporting the roll-out of External Affairs policies.

 About You: 

 We are looking for someone who has a strong working background within the Communications (internal or external) space; having exposure to communicating with government officials and stakeholders being highly desirable. This role would suit someone who likes to have a hands-on approach, you enjoy increased autonomy and responsibility in business planning and coordinating activities and communication initiatives.
