You will be part of a talented team with an entrepreneurial mindset that challenges the status quo and works with valued partners across the globe. $75k SuperOn-site location based in Macquarie ParkPrevious experience in Telco is preferred The Role: Manage tickets, escalations, and complex enquiries from customers.Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, process documents, knowledge based articles and troubleshooting guides.Assist in day-to-day operations of the customer service team ensuring agreed KPIs and standards are met.Build an inspiring and motivated team empowered to deliver exceptional customer outcomes on every interaction.Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience solutions/provide feedback.Liaise with offshore team based in the Philippines. About you: Telco or IT experience is highly regarded.L2 experience is ideal.Follow up on account enquiries via phone or email.Ability to break down complex technical and account information into easy to follow, non-technical information for customers.Exposure to working with onshore and offshore third-party service providers.Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
