Based in the Holsworthy barracks branch, you will work on a quality portfolio with experienced and motivational leaders. Your new role In this role you will be responsible for helping members achieve their home ownership goals from their uniquely placed branch in Holsworthy. You will: Implement residential financing and consumer solutions through an exceptional service Assess and evaluate the best suited solutions to customer's needs and requirements with a focus on mortgages Take ownership of the relationships within your portfolio, focusing on service, growth and retention Proactively seek and develop portfolio growth opportunities while being responsible for the mortgage from lead to settlement, building trust and confidence throughout Be directly responsible for the provision of credit assistance Adhere to all regulator requirements and company processes What you'll need to succeed Experience in a Lending Manager/ Specialist branch based role focused on home lending Strong home loan knowledge including understanding credit, the application process and product Experience in direct sales of home loans A high level of initiative, a fast learner and a helpful attitude Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage broking An effective communicator who works proactively and shows strong business acumen You will be member centric with a passion for what you do and for working in a close-knit team Someone who wants to succeed and will enjoy a fun, fast paced, high-performance culture What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive a competitive salary package of $85k + an achievable and rewarding commission structure.
