Payroll Officer for a perm position in the CBD, working in a team of 2, system Astute and contractor payroll. Your new company As a well established labour hire company, this organisation is looking to fill a position within their Payroll Division. As specialists in their space, they have managed to build a strong presence in the market. Your new role You will be working in a team of 2, processing a weekly contract payroll of between 300-400 employees. The role reports to the Finance Manager and plays a significant role within the finance team. Duties Enter jobs in Astute and import timesheets Prepare audit file Update rates and update the system for correct billing entity, state Add in expenses Finalise and reconcile pays Address payroll/accounts emails Payroll adjustments and all other ad hoc tasks Daily liaising with recruiters for payroll related matters Payroll related enquiries What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role, you will have experience in payroll, great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
