Typically in this role you will:

• Maintain the security ticket queue in Freshdesk, which serves as an escalation point from AFCA’s primary helpdesk
• Assist in developing and improving security controls across AFCA.
• Support AFCA’s data loss prevention program by responding to suspected potential incidents from Netskope and Purview. 
• Assist with the delivery of security better practice in relation to AFCA IT systems
• Provide governance over the effectiveness of security configuration and maintenance of AFCA IT systems.
• Delivery of security training and messaging to AFCA staff.  
• Provide technical assistance with incident response investigations.  
• Supporting projects and the project management functions as required.

• 3-month contract with part-time hours ranging from 29 to 36 per week - predominantly WFH
• Primarily evening shifts from 1:15 pm to 9:00 pm, covering Monday to Sunday, with some early morning hours from 5:45 am to 1:30 pm 
• Salary range of $63,000 to $69,000, plus Super

As the Shift Replacement and Casual Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day shift coverage for individuals supported by Melba. Key duties include providing accurate support information to direct support staff, ensuring precise entry of shift data into Melba’s CRM systems, and contributing to operational efficiency.

• Utilise various CRM and rostering tools to fill vacant shifts promptly 
• Prioritise workload effectively to efficiently fill shifts, promptly responding to emails and calls within a dynamic team environment 
• Accurately input shift times and employee details into CRM systems 
• Provide timely and detailed information to operational teams 
• Offer comprehensive handover notes at the end of each shift 
• Regularly utilise Microsoft Office Suite for tasks such as emailing, data entry, and file management

• Participate in team meetings and activities to promote collaboration and inclusivity 
• Identify and implement process improvements to maintain operational excellence

The Opportunity

The Student Enrolment Administrator will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across our Higher Education Sales Teams.

The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative, attention detail and self-management to deal with the full range of activities related to the student enrolment. The primary role is to support the Sales Consultants through assessing the documentation for each enrolment to ensure they meet the entry criteria.

The role requires provision of timely and accurate document review to enable the consultant to complete the offer of enrolment.

• Contract Administration Services: Responsibility for all project specific Tender & Contracting Processes. Maintaining a diversified supply chain, mitigating supplier capacity and schedule risks. Critically appraising contracts documents to ensure requisite quality of the package prior to RFP / Contract. Job Summary:

The System Administrator is responsible for deploying Intelerad's software solutions and maintaining the deployment procedures to enable clients to have the tools that will make a difference in their day-to-day operations. This is a position to work as part of a team to deploy complex applications remotely on Windows servers, which are used by hospitals and radiology clinics to schedule patients, perform reporting and billing, archive digital images, and provide the user community with access to this data across a WAN. Specifically, the operations entail configuration, deployment, upgrades, maintenance and analysis of Intelerad's software solutions. This position regularly requires working outside of regular office hours to minimize operational disruptions to our clients. After your initial training period, your schedule will be flexible outside of core business hours.
