We are seeking an energetic System Administrator with experience deploying, optimizing and fortifying Windows Server(s), Microsoft SQL and leverage other Microsoft technologies. As the system administrator you will not only be responsible for direct configuration of these systems, but also aid in defining an automation strategy for the future to streamline your team’s work. In addition we seek to cross-train all roles and you will be involved in learning more of the stack you are less familiar with along with building documentation and training for those that join your team in the future as we continue to grow. You will join teams working to take our application automation and resiliency to the next level - including but not limited to: standardizing deployment architectures and methodologies; automating IT infrastructure and developing infrastructure-as-code approaches; streamlining application performance via optimizing server, network and storage configurations. Job Summary:
The System Administrator is responsible for deploying Intelerad's software solutions and maintaining the deployment procedures to enable clients to have the tools that will make a difference in their day-to-day operations. This is a position to work as part of a team to deploy complex applications remotely on Windows servers, which are used by hospitals and radiology clinics to schedule patients, perform reporting and billing, archive digital images, and provide the user community with access to this data across a WAN. Specifically, the operations entail configuration, deployment, upgrades, maintenance and analysis of Intelerad's software solutions. This position regularly requires working outside of regular office hours to minimize operational disruptions to our clients. After your initial training period, your schedule will be flexible outside of core business hours.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Intelerad's software solutions remotely on Windows servers
- Deploy new client production and test environments
- Perform software upgrades
- Perform proper testing after implementing changes
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Develop expertise to understand the impacts of different operations and changes
- Suggest and participate in documentation maintenance and improvements
- Actively look for ways to improve processes and technologies to deliver a better product
- Participate in on-call rotation to assist with emergencies reported after hours
- Work on week-ends, after hours and holidays when needed
