This role is acting as an escalation point within our Chief Information Office, so as such, we're looking for someone that is comfortable handling time sensitive tasks, had good prioritisation skills and able to communicate well within a key stakeholder environment.
Some of the other technical skills we're looking for:
Knowledge of Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and monitoring tools are essential.
M365 administration consisting of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams.
On premise infrastructure. Designing, deploying, and managing server architecture located in in-house data centres. Knowledge of HPE, DEL, EMC and core switching technologies essential.
Expertise in Windows server administration, including installation, configuration, patch management (SCCM), and troubleshooting are essential.
Experience with monitoring tools such Splunk, SNOW & PRTG or Azure Monitor, along with logging solutions like, Azure Monitor Logs, or AWS CloudWatch Logs.
