Working for a Wealth Management organisation based in the CBD we are looking for an administrator to join the team. This role would suit someone who is a seasoned administrator and is looking for a stable role or someone who with only a few years of administration experience and is looking to grow their career within the Financial Services industry.
The role:
Supporting an Executive with various administration tasks
High level document control, including preparing reports
Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
Ad-hoc administration as required by the greater team
The right candidate:
Either an administration career or 2 years experience - either profile would be suitable
Experience or a degree in Economics or Finance related field (desirable, not required)
High level of attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and fast
