We are seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to join us on a fixed-term (4 weeks) parental leave cover.

This is a hands-on role, highly customer-focused, and requires an individual who can lead by example in meeting and maintaining our team brand standards. In addition, you will:

• Evaluate guest satisfaction, monitor trends and drive the continuous improvement of our team and processes.
• Oversee all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check in/out processes adhere to Hotel procedures and standards.
• Ensure accuracy of data and reporting.
• Liaise daily with our Reservations team.
• Manage customer relations, ensuring truly memorable experiences are delivered for our guests.
• Be our ‘Loyalty Champion’ striving to recruit new members to our loyalty program.

The role of the Success Advocate is to act as an advocate for our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance. You will bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.

• You will oversee the engagement and outcomes for customers in your portfolio
• Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
• Leverage existing Success Plays to assist customers, but also assist new Success Plays
• Work with customers to create new use case/success stories
• Ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses
• Guide other ServiceNow teams to address customer issues
• Oversee projects identified by leaders
• Ensure any escalated clients are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem

In this full time role, you will organise and coordinate services for conferences, events, functions, banquets and seminars at Sofitel Brisbane Central. This includes:

• promote conferences and events to potential customers
• respond to enquiries and provide costing regarding conferences and events
• meet with clients to discuss their needs, conduct site inspections and outline package options
• regular client contact and correspondence to ensure successful coordination of the event
• prepare event orders, action plans, and other relevant paperwork to effectively communicate client needs
• arrange and coordinate services, such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, accommodation, transport and social events for conference and events participants
• organise registration of conference and events groups and participants
• maximise conference and event space revenue by negotiating with clients to determine the type and costs of services to be provided within budget
• understand revenue budgets, forecasts and what business can be regarded as confirmed
• oversee work by contractors associated with the conference or event to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreement
• maintain high standards in presentation, consistency, accuracy and attention to detail with all responsibilities.

About the role:

Transmax has grown significantly over the last 2 years, and we are not slowing down! We’re in the next exciting stage of our growth phase which is why we are now recruiting for a Release Product Manager.

The role of Release Product Manager is to be product focused, rather than project focused, and act as the point of reference for all major and minor software releases. You will coordinate scheduling, planning, stabilisation, packaging, and the release to Professional Services, of software which may consist of multiple projects or programmes of work.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Plan and manage Major Releases, Minor Releases and Critical on Demand Updates.
• Develop and maintain release schedules using input from Product Managers, Project Managers, Deployment Managers.
• Regularly report progress and develop Release Checklists ensuring all necessary tasks including quality and testing are met against release deadlines.
• Manage the creation of release documentation to accompany all packaged releases and facilitate handover of releases to appropriate Product teams.
• Continually work towards making and documenting improvements to the release process.
• Keep up to date with new methodologies and tools for software release and configuration management.
• Provide supporting scrum product owner assistance to the Senior Product Manager.

You will be a degree qualified professional Engineering, Information Technology (or equivalent, proven experience in the field of business and systems integration) and be experienced working within a software-as-a-service product environment.

A natural team player you will display excellent communication skills as well as demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across Agile based Scrum teams.

Your toolkit for success:

• Exposure to working in project delivery roles including experience working with closely with customers.
• Demonstrable understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within teams comprising of project managers, software developers, systems and infrastructure engineers and technical support staff.
• Ideally experience with a combination of the following; Confluence, Jira, Git, Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Project and related collaborative document management using SharePoint.
• Experience with Intelligent Traffic System (ITS) industry experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.
