about the role
the project manager rail systems will manage and control all project management baselines as applicable to assigned project(s), through all phases of the project lifecycle. about the role

detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project
continually monitor and review key performance indicators (kpis), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance. 
prepare project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis, and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required
involvement and support of all ugl hsse requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and hsse improvement plan initiatives.
preparation of signalling designs, reports and conceptual designs.
assisting with project planning and new project bids.
overseeing maintenance
