The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Field Sales Team as a Territory Manager, servicing a variety of customers and channels in and around the South East Metro Perth Area with an overnight regional run through Katanning, Narrogin and Wagin areas.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio. You will be selling in all our iconic brands inclusive of spreads, milk, milk-based beverages and more to achieve key business objectives and priorities. Also opportunities to be a part of WA activities including the Annual Masters Regatta.

Responsibilities

• Nourish, build and create lasting relationships with customers ensuring mutual success through maximising sales

• Achieve profit growth targets via best-in-class availability across our vast range of products

• Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers

• Drive fridge utilisation and location management of fridges in store

• Identify and secure new business opportunities

About you

• Enjoy providing a high level of customer service with previous sales experience highly regarded

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders

About the Opportunity

Minderoo Foundation currently has a rare opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to play an integral role connecting and engaging it's employees across the world.

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Campaigns, your day to day will include:

• Oversight of the creation and execution of the internal communication strategy.
• Creating content for the internal communications channels, and global work family that is value and brand aligned, and ensures employees feel connected to our offices.
• Management and delivery of internal events, workshops and activities across Minderoo.
• Internal communications support for crisis communications and major announcements. 
• Overseeing the development of the weekly internal newsletter and monthly external newsletter for Portfolio Companies. 
• Supporting the Co-Chair and Chairman, CEO's Office and executive leadership team with internal announcements and communications. 
• Building strong relationships with teams and internal stakeholders, and empowering the learning and development of the Internal Communications Coordinator. 

This full time  Assistant Manager - Nights  role reports directly to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and training the Front Office team and all guest interactions that occur overnight.

As a Assistant Manager (nights), your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:

• Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel outlets including reception
• Check and prepare reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift
• Represent the General Manager in their absence, holding responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation
• Deliver guest service to all guests and handle any guest complaints
• Process and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
• Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all employees
• Assist in all areas of the Hotel as required to eliminate potential issues.
• Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
