They seek a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead their technical team, ensuring smooth park operations. About the opportunity As the Maintenance Manager, you will provide direction and support to a team of experienced mechanical fitters, electricians, grounds and buildings team members, and aquatics technicians.  In order to ensure the continuous smooth running of the park's rides, attractions and facilities, you will lead your skilled team to deliver maintenance programs, projects, and effective systems. You will also be responsible for managing maintenance processes and procedures, overseeing winter shutdown maintenance operations, conducting site and prestart inspections, recruiting, onboarding, managing performance, training, assessment, and staff development About youThe ideal candidate showcases leadership in technical environments with a safety-first mindset.
