This full time Assistant Manager - Nights role reports directly to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and training the Front Office team and all guest interactions that occur overnight.
As a Assistant Manager (nights), your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
- Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel outlets including reception
- Check and prepare reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift
- Represent the General Manager in their absence, holding responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation
- Deliver guest service to all guests and handle any guest complaints
- Process and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
- Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all employees
- Assist in all areas of the Hotel as required to eliminate potential issues.
- Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
