• Provide exceptional thoughtful customer service and support to help Eva customers on their journey to purchase Eva products
• Assist customers with their purchasing journey by undertaking tasks such as stock checks, providing support or colour material and fabric choice, advise on delivery timeframes and quotes (if any)
• Assist customers with any post-purchase queries regarding their Eva product, and proactively working with other departments to find solutions for customers.
• Administration tasks including emailing customers, answering and transferring phone calls, processing orders both in person and over the phone.
• Assist in implementing in-store campaigns, promotions and product displays as required.
• Ensure the showroom is presentable at all times, this includes fluffing sofa cushions, sweeping or vacuuming the floor (if required), changing water in vases, wiping mirrors or any glass.
• Ensure the workplace is kept tidy at all times, this includes shared and back of house spaces.

What you look like:

• Minimum 2-years experience working in retail or sales

• Passionate about both creating exceptional customer experiences and hitting sales KPI
• A love for retail and working with customers as a friendly guide for their homes

Competitive Pay and Compensation

We pride ourselves on compensating and rewarding our tutors for their hard work. The starting rate ranges from $90 to $200 per 2-hour class (incl. Super) depending on the size of the classes you take. If you're already a veteran tutor, then apply for our senior tutor role and the rates can only get higher as you pick up more classes, show dedication to Contour, and contribute to the success of your students!

We're also introducing a new compensation model in 2024 where you'll also share part of the revenue generated by your classes. We want you to feel rewarded for introducing students to Contour and doing a great job at making them happy, so if Contour grows, you'll grow with it!

In some circumstances, if you already have private students but want to transfer them over to Contour, we can potentially even provide payouts so you can move all your tutoring work to us. Win-win!

Minimal Admin Work

There is almost no requirement for admin work. All you have to do is take simple attendance, manage student emails, and address student questions promptly outside of class via social media/text/email :)

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Level 3 build, manage and troubleshoot infrastructure: Virtual Machines, Virtualisation Platforms and Shared Storage
• Working in a Team to deliver timely and quality outcomes
• Develop cutting edge technical strategies and build automation for the work where possible
• Ensuring documentation and procedures are always up to date

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar client facing role, preferably in a Managed Services environment
• Manage and maintain virtualised environment, including Active Directory, VMware, Backups and Azure (both in house and vendor hosted environments 200+ VMs
• Manage user security administration via Active Directory and supporting security tools
• Undertake technical system administration activities as required
• Perform regular monitoring of server and network performance to identify issues and resolve faults
• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft 365 services, Teams, Azure, MFA, SSO, MDM and all Microsoft 365 features
• Proactively manage level 3 incidents and change requests within Service Level Agreements
• Documentation of processes
• Ability to build and manage Microsoft Server environments including Windows Server 2012 – 2019, Exchange Server and Remote Desktop deployments
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory
• Proven administrative knowledge of the 365 Suite including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• A solid understanding of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificates
• Experience in supporting and maintaining backup solutions such as Veeam is preferable
• Experience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure
• Hands on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers and shared storage devices
• PowerShell scripting experience is ideal
• Administrative experience in Linux
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

Certifications and Experience

• Significant local experience in a technical support environment 200+VM support
• Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure and Office365 applications
• Strong experience deploying and maintaining ICT Infrastructure
• Microsoft Azure Infrastructure administration (WVD, ASR, DNS)
• Good understanding of service management tools for event management, provisioning and monitoring
• 7+ years knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Group Policy, Active Directory
• Expertise operating in Azure Cloud environment
• Expertise in F5 BIG-IP (or similar application delivery platform such as Citrix ADC/NetScaler)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

The Opportunity

The Student Enrolment Administrator will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across our Higher Education Sales Teams.

The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative, attention detail and self-management to deal with the full range of activities related to the student enrolment. The primary role is to support the Sales Consultants through assessing the documentation for each enrolment to ensure they meet the entry criteria.

The role requires provision of timely and accurate document review to enable the consultant to complete the offer of enrolment.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role which required coordination of a range of functions and provision of advice about, and interpretation of, policies and procedures, preferably in a tertiary education institution

The Role

Since our inception, Contour has been growing - and growing fast - and one of the key elements that keeps our operations running smoothly is our billing, finances, and accounts systems! Now, we’re looking for someone that will take the lead on ensuring this vital cog in our engine continues to help us drive our growth. 

You’ll do more than just type numbers into spreadsheets; you’ll be the central point connecting our students and parents, our tutoring team, and our bookkeeping and operations.

So, your friendly and helpful interactions with students and parents - even when dealing with issues like billing and invoicing - will form a key part of upholding Contour’s values and standing out distinctly from our competition!

Comprehensive Training & Support

When you join, you'll be thoroughly onboarded with all our systems and processes. We have documentation from how to use our software and accounting systems, all the way to scripts you can use when following up on overdue invoices. We'll also help you upskill and refine your interpersonal abilities, where you'll become familiar with multiple mediums of communication (in-person, email, text, and call).

By the end of your training, the work will become very familiar and you'll have things like the billing schedules memorised in-and-out, and the process of sending or updating a student’s invoice at the back of your palm!

Active & Engaging Atmosphere

This isn't a regular ‘accounting' role where you'll deal with boring paperwork or giant spreadsheets. Instead, you’ll actively engage with team members in various departments - from sales staff to the bookkeeping team. 

Not to mention, you’ll also be talking to hundreds of our students and parents, and have the opportunity to provide them support and help make their Contour journey as smooth as possible during their final years at school. There is still administration work that needs to be done, of course, but you'll have fun doing it!

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Invoicing: Issuing invoices to students and parents, and approving invoices issued to students and parents;
• Updating Accounts: Ensuring student accounts and records are kept up to update on CRM and accounting software; 
• Overdue Invoices: Following up on unpaid/overdue invoices, including reaching out to students and parents via text, email, and phone calls to ensure timely payments; 
• Billing Queries: Addressing billing and invoicing related questions from students and parents via text, email, and phone;
• Trials and Unenrolments: Tracking and updating student free trialling weeks, and cross-verifying unenrolments on CRM and accounting software;
• Timely Accounting: Clearing backlogs and maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing at Contour. 

Expected Work Hours

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday) - 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Saturday - 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Sunday - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

NOTE: There is an option to work part-time from the above hours (instead of all hours!). Flexible schedule options are available, just let us know!
