Tasks and Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures;
Provide required reporting withing requested timeframes
Verify timekeeping records and consult employees/supervisors about any discrepancies.
Address employee queries regarding payroll matters
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate financial records
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure compliance
Experience
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, including proficiency in using payroll software
