Core responsibilities in the role include:
- Leading the Ambius Outdoor Gardening team ensuring that they are supported and trained in field by following the GROW principles while leading and assisting general garden maintenance.
- Finding and sourcing new opportunities
- Quoting and estimation of add on Maintenance agreements
- Ensuring a quality service exceeds customer expectations.
- Performance manage all direct reports whilst promoting and develop a healthy work environment that facilitates the achievement of succession planning, personal goals and employee satisfaction.
