Day to day here's a snapshot of what you can expect in the role:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the IntelligenceBank platform and its capabilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of upsell and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio

• Become the trusted advisor to a portfolio of IntelligenceBank’s strategic accounts

• Work with customers to define success, ensure adoption, retention, and expansion

• Continuously and repeatedly provide value to customers by being a source of best practices and ensuring they get the most value out of the IntelligenceBank platform

• Develop and execute on Account/Customer Success plans in keeping with account tier expectations

• Regularly engage with each customer on strategic and operations reviews

• Keep customers up to date with new and soon to be released features and enhancements most relevant to them; host and support the build of client-facing webinars

• Oversee client’s HelpDesk/Support tickets and support if escalation is required

• Maintain accurate and up to date notes, contacts, opportunities, and activities against all accounts in Salesforce

Responsibilities:

• Extensive networking amongst prospects in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy and Government
• Provide on-site and web-based product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Represent IntelligenceBank at events (including conferences, expos, tradeshows, forums, and meetings) with a focus on building sales opportunities.

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a 6 month contract opportunity for our client, a leading owner and operator of integrated resorts in Australia.

This role is crucial in the development and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and security on a 24/7 basis across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure network systems across the company

• Implement and manage Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) solutions.

• Configure and deploy Aruba Clear Pass for network access control and policy management.

• Provide Level 3 and 4 technical support, meeting service levels and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems within the broader IT infrastructure.

• Analyze user requirements and incidents to automate processing and suggest improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of capacity usage for key infrastructure components.
