FMClarity is seeking a creative and self-driven Senior Multimedia Specialist to lead design initiatives for our web and mobile applications. Job Description
As a Senior Multimedia Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Lead design direction for web and mobile apps, managing planning, creation, and maintenance of electronic pages, blending artistry and innovative design principles for multimedia content across various platforms.
Autonomously interpret briefs, originating ideas, collaborating for effective website development, and executing advanced design theories to ensure a seamless client and user journey.
Design and develop digital multimedia presentations, and Internet applications, using varied software, tools and interactive graphics.
Communicate with stakeholders for comprehensive website and app development, ensuring business continuity
Assist in analysing and developing Internet strategies, methodologies, and development plans, fostering creativity and smooth user experiences.
Create design proposals, sketches, mockups, and multimedia content to support websites, social media platforms, and corporate branding, emphasising attention to detail and understanding user behaviours/preferences.
Participate in the end-to-end development process, negotiating design solutions, and aligning design strategies with organisational objectives through collaboration and effective user research.
Conduct user testing sessions, analyse product-user interaction data, and craft multi-channel content and digital marketing materials while overseeing online content distribution to maintain high-quality standards in design and user experience.
Identify areas for improvement, assess website requirements and fulfill any other multimedia design needs, providing guidance in design-project decision-making processes by grasping the app's purpose and target audience.
Design visual and structural layouts, integrating artistic elements and design principles, implementing websites to ensure compatibility within the end-to-end development process of user experience design.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Proven experience in multimedia design, web, and mobile application development.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of user behaviour and preferences.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
