NEP Australia is currently looking for a Studio Technician based at our studio on Southbank, VIC.
The position
NEP Australia is currently looking for experienced Studio Technician with exceptional drive and work ethics, excellent interpersonal skills, and brilliant technical mind to join our Australian team.
Applicants must have a positive attitude, exceptional customer service, be able to work to explicit deadlines, can pick up new concepts in a rapid manner and work closely with colleagues for long periods of time.
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Technical workflows through setting up and operating modern broadcasting equipment and an understanding of that technology.
Assisting in technical productions
Delivery of technical documentation
General building logistics, studio support, BMS controls
Administration, including raising Purchase Orders
Manage day-to-day site needs.
Required skills and attributes: Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Minimum of 5 years’ broadcasting industry experience with a technical emphasis.
Experience in a TV studio environment or TV production would be an advantage.
