An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Television Finance team at Nine. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – News and Current Affairs, you will be pivotal in delivering the financial results for Television Finance.

From month-end reporting to forecasting and budgeting, to suggesting efficiencies and understanding the products that are News and Current Affairs, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the individual departments as well as enhancing the finance and business partnership efforts company-wide.

As a Performance Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with data analysts, product and distribution teams to shape the narrative around business performance across the customer lifecycle. You will be dedicated to one of our key issuing clients, helping them to better understand the correlation between marketing and sales performance through the funnel for Commercial Transact and Save products.  

In this role you will also:

• Determine the performance of campaigns driven via personalisation initiatives
• Analyse and provide insights on Voice of the Customer to inform customer experience uplift initiatives
• Align on the performance narrative with cross-functional teams to understand the success of growth initiatives
• Leverage data insights to help shape product forecasting across channels

Team Summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific (AUNZSP) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) on a broad range of key business initiatives including strategy, proposition development, loyalty, operational optimisation, customer engagement and overall business profitability.

We are looking for a dedicated Content Designer / UX Writer to join our team and work within a key strategic client in Melbourne. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.

Role Summary

As the Content Designer / UX Writer you will a part of a centralised function, primarily responsible for creating content and working closely with UX designers for the clients’ card and transact/save account interfaces across multiple platforms. This includes content within their market leading banking app, as well as platforms such as their website. It will also entail preparing content for artefacts such as FAQs or scripting for support staff. Your role will be integral to conveying the clients’ services and initiatives to customers in a clear, engaging and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Developing content for in-app experiences, FAQs, scripting for support teams, the company website and general supporting documentation and materials
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful creation and delivery of relevant content assets
• Work closely with the UX designers to produce high quality UX designs, leveraging company style and guidelines
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies

In this hands-on Health and Safety Lead opportunity, you will provide oversight and drive consistent implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental systems across PACT’s  Seven Hills and Granville steel sites, to ensure the organisation meets its legal and ethical obligation to provide a safe workplace.

As a member of the Site Management Team, you will provide a connection between the Site and Group level activities and will champion and monitor implementation of the Group HSES System (Policy, Procedures and tools), including communicating with Site Management and conducting inspections and audits.

 You will support and drive the assessment and recommendations to improve controls of all site hazardous and high-risk activities as well as provide oversight of critical incidents and support the Site with incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action closure. This includes the investigation of incidents that affect health, pollution, contamination and waste management. 

Supporting the sites Injury Management Processes as well as preparation of WHS and environmental reports will form a part of your remit as well as driving activities with external regulatory bodies (such as Safework and EPA) and providing recommendations of continuous improvement for the Group WHSE System. 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

•  Provide oversight of health, safety and environmental incidents and supporting sites with incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action close out
• Monitor and drive activities with external regulatory bodies (such as WorkSafe and EPA) and providing recommendations of continuous improvement for the Group WHSE System 
• Plan and implement environmental, health and safety programmes
• Identify common environment, health and safety hazards inherent at the site and establish guidelines for the control of hazards
• Promote and champion a zero-harm culture, by providing expert advice, support and driving implementation of the Group WHSE system. This entails advice to the Divisional and Site Management teams.
