An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join the Sydney Field Services team as a Field Engineer predominately working on the HFC network.
A bit about your role
Based in Sydney your new role as Field Engineer would require you to represent nbn ?s Field Services team for all field-based assurance activities. You will be responsible for the support, integration, augmentation, field audits, connect quality and Delivery Partner quality activities across nbn and the services connected to the network.
You will provide high level field support which may involve travel, scheduled after hours activities, and may require you to be part of an on-call roster and respond to afterhours call outs.
The role would see you:
Manage and conduct equipment and system level Service Assurance activities in the field
