We are currently on the hunt for a Junior to Mid-Weight Digital Designer who can craft pixel-perfect, visually stunning creative output for some of Australia’s biggest brands across various digital campaigns, CRM, social, to everything digital in between.

The transformation you will experience
As the Digital Designer, you will have the platform to flex your creativity and skills, designing across a variety of project and mediums. You will be involved in creative briefs from end-to-end, from concept through to final output. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly talented team and make your mark on some of Australia’s most exciting and iconic brands.
Your scope will include:
- Working across multiple brands, platforms, and mediums
- Crafting designs for eDMs, websites, social media assets, presentations, motion/video assets, and animations, etc.
- Building and maintaining branding systems in design software
- Working across creative briefs from concept through to final output, connecting in with the design team to offer inspiration in craft and process

What type of person will be successful in this role?
- A junior to mid weight Digital Designer with 1-3 years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Someone who has a strong visual eye for beautiful, well-crafted creative outputs
- Fluency in tools including Figma and the Adobe suite
- The ability to understand and interpret creative briefs to take from concept through to final output
- Understands different brands and how visual communications creates impact on audiences
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and can prioritise and focus on multiple tasks
- Can proactively identify new and creative approaches to elevate the quality of work produced for our clients
- The ability to use your deep understanding of the full Adobe suite and any emerging technologies to produce visually outstanding designs
- Can communicate work and explain the rationale around a certain approach to your design work
