About the Position
The Executive Officer is responsible for providing confidential, high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager of the Fair Work Commission.
Duties
The Executive Officer will flexibly undertake responsibilities associated with:
High-level administration support.
Complex diary management, including prioritising time and drawing attention to matters of importance or of a sensitive and/or complex nature.
Preparing written materials to a high standard paying particular attention to detail.
Coordinating meetings including the preparation of meeting agendas, collating, and distributing
