About the Role: 

As the Communications Specialist, you play a pivotal role in implementing diverse communication and engagement programs for CDC across multiple platforms. This multifaceted position involves end-to-end project management and leadership for communication plans, covering strategy and innovative development.

 Duties include:

• Develop and oversee content for corporate communication channels.
• Contribute to writing communication collateral, including publications and presentations.

About the Role

What you will do

• Software packaging and repackaging. This will cover from discovery through to deployment support

What you’ll bring

You will have 5 years’ IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider, with approximately 3 years’ experience in a similar Application Packaging role. You will have exceptional knowledge of packaging tools, InstallShield, PACE etc. You will possess exceptional knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and MacOS operating systems. You will have knowledgeable skills in endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Jamf.

You will bring exceptional troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritisation skills; and will be comfortable and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will be comfortable with rapid change and be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences when required.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is high by providing quality services delivered to customers in accordance with contracts. This role provides a single point of contact for clients in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers’ requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels.

About the Role: 

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Officer is to develop a range of visual assets and presentation materials to aid CDC in both internal and external communication. Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of End User Services to Datacom’s customers. Aligned to our customers business requirements, we provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/ fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.
