This strategic channel role will develop the full 360 degree Cloud Service Provider partner led growth from leveraging Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partner teams, CSP partner reach and marketplaces. Reporting to the ANZ Cloud Service Provider Manager you will center your role on developing and growing channel led opportunities with partners who actively drive revenue for their business via cloud providers and marketplaces.. You will be responsible for educating and engaging the sales account teams within partners and at Palo Alto Networks on the benefits of tri party collaboration. We win by deliberate joint account engagement to solve our joint customers biggest challenges of securing their digital future. Success in the role will also require developing a strong internal network across Palo Alto Networks teams, including marketing, inside sales and Sales Engineers and most importantly our speedboat solutions specialists.

Your Impact

• Grow partner led marketplace transactions and New Customer Acquisitions
• Grow service creation for partners from customer cloud migrations and operations
• Business development with partners involvement to help activate them on Palo Alto Networks offerings
• Build a strong business network within the cloud service providers channels organizations - It is your responsibility to continue to nurture and grow your network
• Engaging with key stakeholders (Channel leadership, Channel Business Managers, Cloud Service Provider Partner Managers) build and execute on a your CSP channel plan
• As part of the overall plan, activate current marketplace partners, identify and recruit new partners who have viewed marketplaces as a relevant pathway in their go-to-market strategy
• Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations
• Work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
• Design compelling value proposition that inspire partners to promote our solutions 
• Work with select partners and help them build a services catalog around our cloud security offerings
• Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with your dedicated partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment
• Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders 
• Build and maintain activity of performance reports and activity dashboards

Experian Data Quality (EDQ) is looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our high-performing Data Quality Team. EDQ is a global leader in providing data quality software and services. We help our clients to proactively manage the quality of their data through world class data validation, profiling, enrichment, matching, data governance and migration capabilities. With flexible SaaS and on-premise deployment models, Experian Data Quality software empowers organisations around the world to take control of their data, drive efficiency and maximise customer experience.

This role will focus on Partnerships in both our Data Quality Management and Contact Data Validation solutions, covering key verticals. Partners may include other software vendors, resellers, consulting firms and system integrators.

What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian

• Executive presence and experience in presenting to technical teams, senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Work very closely with the direct sales team with a collaborative, optimistic approach, showing the willingness to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• High attention to detail and motivation when handling multiple tasks and working with a range of stakeholders across Experian, partners and clients.

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing partner sales, marketing and expansion strategies.
• Achieving a new business sales target via partner led and partner supported. These partnerships will be aimed at finding and closing business with EDQ solutions sold to or through the partner network.
• Promoting Experian’s brand to partners, customers and prospects via marketing input, webinars, presentations and referrals.
• Supporting on meetings with the Global Partnerships team discussing and implementing strategies to expand EDQ’s partner channel.
• The candidate will be responsible for taking the Partnership from initial concept introduction to contracts, opportunity sourcing and execution. This will involve engaging and managing a complex stakeholder ecosystem of Partner decision makers, salespeople, technical consultants, delivery, legal and procurement. 
• Responsible for a minimum of 25 partner/client meetings per month, including regular cadences with key contacts, net new contacts and facilitating client meetings with partners and account managers.
• Lead sales enablement sessions for Partner sales teams and work closely with Presales to deliver technical enablement for sessions and product demonstrations.
• Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business.  Take personal responsibility to ensure you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers.
• Attend and contribute to weekly sales training workshops, deal reviews and forecast meetings which are all at the core of Experian’s high-performance environment.

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager (WA) to join our team. This role will report to the Project Management Office Lead and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The key responsibilities associated with the role include:

• Responsible for the oversight of ongoing projects
• Ensure cross team understanding and collaboration with regards to project reporting and issue management
• Awareness of technical design/architectural oversight and technical documentation review
• Manage the allocation of work for the customer’s support team
• Proactivity communicates with the customer and associated vendors, responding to adhoc queries
• Development and maintenance of process documentation and process improvement
• Identification of new business / upcoming projects

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

• Ability to deliver projects in the government environment and drive outcomes
• Degree qualification preferred not essential or relevant experience
• Project Manager Qualification for example PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent) with experience managing complex projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager in an IT Services / Consultancy Company would be advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of a variety of solutions and technologies, with experience in IT services (server architecture, network design, hardware deployments), print management, document management/capture or enterprise content management solutions.
• Proven scoping and writing skills for project documentation such as SoW, Project Management Plan, Gannt Charts, Status Reports etc.
• Ability to scope future projects, assessing work effort required, recognising, and ensuring any potential risk areas are captured and mitigated within a SOW
• Ability to recognise and advance new business opportunities within the customer environment.
• Ability to review and provide guidance and feedback of Contract & Technical Documentation E.G. MSA, Detailed Design, SOWs, Test Plans, System Use Cases etc.
