Coach managers on fostering high-performance individuals, teams, and culture.
Design and implement strategies to enhance retention and engagement.
Lead Randstad's annual talent management process
Lead and manage HR projects aligned with the HR and business strategy
Guide managers on performance management policy, assessing risks and recommending appropriate actions.
We are looking for a confident HR professional who has worked within complex organisations and preferably in a fast-paced multi-site environment. Experience working across APAC regions would also be highly desirable.
