Enjoy flexible working arrangements  $90,556 to $105,240 plus 11% superannuation THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wellbeing & Health Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the management of employee health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and promoting a culture of wellness within Council.  Working across all areas of our organisation you will get to see your efforts making a tangible difference in the lives of our team members. You will have the opportunity to drive initiatives that promote holistic wellness and enhance the overall employee experience.  DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the implementation of our Wellbeing Strategy, developing and executing initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Serve as a resource for employees navigating workplace injuries, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed for their recovery. Oversee health monitoring processes, leveraging data to identify trends and proactively address potential health risks among our workforce. Collect and analyse data to measure the impact of our wellness initiatives and injury management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.  ABOUT YOU You are an experienced Wellbeing and Health enthusiast with exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders.
