About the role: Reporting to General Manager within our NSW / ACT Solids business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will be accountable for delivering top-line revenue growth through the management of People, Markets, Assets, and Financial (PMAF) in alignment with the Cleanaway Value Operating Model. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to drive performance and achieve profitable revenue, budgets, targets, and KPI’s. Manage the team’s opportunity pipeline as per the personal objectives set / regional sales plans/growth targets. Achieve all Business Unit sales team revenue targets, as per the budget, and drive net revenue growth.
