Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy, due to the expansion of their operations a full-time position has become available for an experiences Business Analyst/Consultant to join the team as they navigate an exciting growth phase, providing valuable insights, analysis, and support to help achieve business goals efficiently and sustainably.

An annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000k (negotiable based on experience) is on offer.

Tasks and Duties:
Understand the operational requirements of recruiting across temp and perm placements across multiple industry sectors to identify challenges that can be addressed using various analysis techniques.
Analysing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor these metrics regularly, enabling the firm to track its performance and make adjustments as needed to support growth goals.
Review and analyse current business processes and inefficiencies to develop and implement optimal procedures to respond to client hiring needs and market accommodation/demand
Develop a roadmap (internal documentation) business development strategy to both improve the level of customer service and the quality of the recruitment services along with complementary business diversification strategies/additional service offerings
Provide regular feedback, analysis and progress reports to assist in determining the right model and growth plan for the business
Develop strategic recommendations by identifying, reviewing and evaluating plans, systems and processes to optimize efficiency and increase effectiveness through supporting the achievement of quality outcomes
Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build organisational capability and influence outcomes, develop growth strategies, including expansion into new markets or specialization in niche industries.
Develop recruitment service recommendations that demonstrate outcomes and benefits to the client focusing on: Deploying functional solutions, Analysing business processes, Providing assistance and guidance in new data integrations

Skills Experience:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
Min 2 years experience in a recruitment industry
Demonstrated experience in process mapping, business requirements analysis, change management
