Join our Global Operations vertical as Resource Planning & Insight Lead in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. Reporting into Director, Operational Reporting and Analysis, you will help us support the development of resource planning, reporting and analysis across the newly formed global operation function. 

 Some of the other responsibilities include: 

• Develop resource planning and short-term forecasting for Xplor in AUS/NZ including the design and build of processes, systems and models. 
• Develop a management information reporting framework 
• Deliver reports and insights that drive the appropriate action to move the business forward. 
• Identify trends and detail areas for potential improvement, providing greater efficiencies and cost saving to the business. 
• Work proactively with revenue owners to improve the quality, consistency and transparency of financial information and forecasts, thus ensuring the Global Operations business is right sized. 
• Leading the service and headcount planning meetings ensuring that planning decisions and actions are based on accurate planning data and sound operational and customer experience criteria. 
• Undertake the analysis of operational performance data identifying the causes of below standard service performance and support the implementation and delivery of appropriate remedial measures. 
• Contribute expert input to the decision making processes, pro-actively identifying potential threats to customer experience and service performance and suggesting suitable mitigating actions. 

 Location: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.

What Will You Do?

Elements of Byron is an award-winning Beach front resort, nestled on 50 acres of absolute beach front paradise in Byron Bay. The role of Recruitment Admin Resourcer will support our Talent and Culture Manager who is responsible for Recruitment, Culture and Training at the resort.

This is a full time position working 5 days Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm.

You will be responsible for providing admin and some recruitment support to ensure that effective candidate management and communication is maintained with all applicants who are applying for roles at the resort. There is a high volume of candidate calls, email correspondence and diary management, so your ability to manage multiple tasks will see you excel.

This role would suit someone who is extremely organised, has high attention to detail, can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise, while remaining cool under pressure. It is essential that you have worked in a HR or Recruitment environment, but please be aware that this is not a stand alone recruitment role. It would suit someone junior who has an interest in developing their recruitment or HR experience.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Phone screening and shortlisting of candidates using our candidate management system (Workable)
• Adding new employee details to Humanforce and following up on their onboarding progress
• Monitor and respond to telephone and email queries regarding interviews or start date information
• Diary management of Talent and Culture Managers inbox and calendar
• Assisting with the coordinating of recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and managing correspondence during the recruitment process
• Schedule learning and development training sessions and update the training calendar
• Co-ordinate administration processes for probation reviews, performance development reviews, employee visas, RSA’s, Drivers Licences, and other licence renewals as required
• Other ad hoc administration assistance as required

• Previous experience in a similar HR or Recruitment support role
• An HR Qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential
• Well presented with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
