Due to internal movements, EACH is seeking 3 skilled and highly driven Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to provide business-focused, strategic, and operational HR advice and services in a part time 0.8 FTE capacity (possibly negotiable to 0.6 for the right candiadte).
As one of our HRBP’s, you will play a pivotal role in delivering on EACH's strategic objectives and empowering our employees to thrive.
You will:
- Serve as a consultant to your designated portfolios, interpreting HR policies and legislation, coaching and supporting leaders on the full range of people-related matters, change management and IR queries.
- Work in partnership with management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Promote new ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk.
- Work as part of a collaborative team where the focus is on providing the highest service to our customer, including assisting other team members when required.
