Council is looking to appoint an additional Senior Infrastructure Services Officer for the Roads & Traffic Team. We are looking for you!  Responsibilities:   To assist with the delivery of business systems and processes for the Roads & Traffic Section. To assist with the delivery of infrastructure services including road openings, driveway approvals and restoration of infrastructure damaged by others. To assist with business process improvement for the Roads & Traffic Section, measuring performance to identify opportunities for improvement; improving quality of outcome, efficiency or customer satisfaction. To assist with the documentation of processes and provision of one on one coaching to support staff in adopting new processes. Support the Roads & Traffic Section with general administrative support as required. Assist the community within established guidelines to resolve requests or resolve complaints raised by the community by providing excellent customer service.
