The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Kiteleys business in our Bomaderry branch as a Customer Service/Admin Officer. For more than 60 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
Being in a customer-facing role with us, you’ll be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations while supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met. What Will You Do?
As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will be:
- providing personalised assistance to customers, handling inquiries and quotes via phone and email
- partnering closely with internal stakeholders including trades, commercial, and technical teams to exceed customer expectations
- raising Work Orders for production, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing.
- implementation of process improvements to provide exceptional support to internal team members.
More About You
Being a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will also bring:
- exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- experience or exposure to the construction industry would be highly desired
- high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- the ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- problem-solving skills and ability to liaise with management and relevant teams on a range of matters
- demonstrated computer literacy, with experience in data entry and MS Office
