Lead, manage and promote people management practices to achieve success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement across business units. Coordinate, develop and implement HR solutions that address key workforce challenges such as retention, resourcing, female participation and resourcing.
- Proactively develop and sustain relationships across the business to ensure comprehensive understanding of opportunities and challenges faced and people management development opportunities.
- Support business units with succession planning/workforce planning and resource utilisation.
- Continuous improvement to streamline processes across HR
- Support rollout reward & recognition strategies including policy development and documentation.
- Support of performance and employee relations matters.
