About the role

As an Operations Support Officer, you are responsible to cover all aspects of customer service/freight solutions/administration component. You are also responsible to ensure enquiries that cannot be answered during the first call are investigated and resolved quickly and effectively.

What you’ll do

• Accurately and efficiently record all client information and record all investigations into appropriate computer systems.

• Day to Day housekeeping of inbound freight with further attention requirements 

• Ensure all customer enquiries are actioned and resolved to company and client satisfaction in a timely manner.

• Communicate with clients/contact centre regularly through the course of an enquiry via all platforms (salesforce, phone, email)

• Provide feedback to the Supervisor regarding consistent service failures by sub contactors or staff drivers.

• Assist in finding solutions to prevent recurrence of service failures.

• Support all Admin and FSOL team members in a backup capacity!

• Ensure enquiries are handled in a professional and prompt manner.

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in data entry and time management.

• Computer literacy/knowledge of MS Office computer applications

• Excellent team player

• Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate solutions to problems quickly.

• Ability to handle freight – manual lifting of up to 16kgs.

• Previous experience in the transport industry is highly advantageous.

• Good communication skills both written and verbal and excellent telephone manner.

• Supervise and support front office team members and assist with accounting issues
• Have a thorough knowledge of the hotel layouts, facilities, daily functions, special events, conventions and groups in the house and due to arrive and the local area
• Control hotel duty keys and floats whilst on duty
• Ensure efficient, friendly and courteous guest service all the time
• Regularly inspect guest areas to make sure everything is in order
• Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates and general hotel information.

The Client Services function is primarily responsible for administering the completion of a customer’s life insurance application, which includes interviewing the customer, processing and finalising all aspects that relate to the electronic applications, which also includes all associated follow-up work. 

Key responsibilities include:  

• Process electronic applications and transfers, in accordance with daily/weekly allocation and quality targets.
• Manage the interview process with customers to record further information over the phone to finalise application process efficiently and effectively. 
• Proactively follow-up on client requirements as requested by insurance companies and/or the Team Leader, to ensure documentation is returned within agreed timeframes.
• Take the end-to-end lead with customers and ensure that customer queries are responded to within a timely manner to facilitate a speedy and quality completion process.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Analyst, Partnerships to join our experienced teams in Effective Philanthropy and Impact Missions. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Impact Missions you will be responsible for distilling and analysing user and market insights, and proving support to Impact Missions team members. You will understand and identify opportunities that are both user-centred, whilst balancing technical and commercial priorities.

Your day to day will include end-to-end management of collaborations, from undertaking research on prospective partners to systems management and reporting.

In addition you will:

What Will You Do?

Your responsibilities will include:

• processing and managing customer orders, quotes and enquiries via face to face, online and over the phone as well as processing sales, using EFTPOS and handling cash
• efficient and accurate data entry and order taking, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems are updated accordingly

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Payroll Officer to join our People & Capability team. This role calls for someone with energy in spades, a positive disposition and a tendency to have fun at work.  As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing end to end payroll functions with the support of your team, as well as all the other fun tasks associated with payroll.

A day on the job will see you:

• Calculating and coding employee timesheets against relevant industrial agreements.
• Reviewing and processing employee reimbursements
• Entering of New Employees to the Payroll system
• Processing Terminations
• Maintaining Employee records
• Attending to employee queries relating to payroll and/or employment conditions.
• Attending to payroll calculations which may include but not limited to pay and leave entitlement accruals.
• Provide both regular and ad-hoc reporting as required to the wider business.
• Preparation and payment of fortnightly superannuation

We are currently seeking a part-time Sample Reception Officer to join our team in Shepparton. The role involves analysing soil, water, and air samples, overseeing and executing Sample Log-in operations, bottle preparation, handling various administrative tasks, and ensuring the provision of timely services with accurate logging and labeling of all samples.

Other key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure samples are identified, labelled and stored correctly.
• Sub-sampling where necessary, packaging and preparation of samples for courier.
• Coordination and preparation of bottles and sampling supplies for clients.
• Transportation of samples / sampling supplies to and from client/lab/courier.
• Disposal of samples in accordance with appropriate procedures.
• General Administration (emailing documents, registering of samples etc).
• Monitor and record temperatures of samples and sample storage fridges.
• Ensure all samples are free of contaminants during log-in and sub-sampling process.
• Maintaining adequate stocks of consumables and clean / organised work area.
• Understanding of general laboratory QA/QC requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager or delegate.
