About this role:

Gordon Brothers was acquired by Johnson Controls in 2023. We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the accounting operation and finance activities of Gordon Brothers. This role will partner with the acquisition finance team and business, drive competitive and sustainable business growth through independent, objective and value-creating financial analytics.

Responsibilities include:

• Integrate the acquisition to comply with JCI accounting policies and procedures, including day-to-day finance processes, revenue recognition on project and services accounting, establishing the new financial delegation of authorities, segregation of duties, and reconciliations.

• Responsible for annual Plan and rolling forecast. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and ensures delivery of accurate and timely forecasts.

• Establish and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.

• Partner with business to provide in-depth, accurate and timely analysis to support the decision making. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital.

• Assess business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Ensure risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility. Identify and communicate commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.

• Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.

• Develop the finance integration plan with the business and other JCI functions.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and / or Accounting.

• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (CA, CPA) is required.

• M&A experience.

• 8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting and auditing related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial experience.

• 5+ years of solid team management experience.

• Strong strategical-thinking skill, decisive and logical.

• Advanced Excel and data management skills are required.

• Knowledge of the Pronto ERP is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of OneStream (similar Hyperion/HFM) is highly desirable.

• Project management skill is desirable.

The Square Australia Sales team is looking for a Senior Account Executive to accelerate our shift upmarket. You will be a brand ambassador for Square Australia, sourcing large opportunities outside traditional channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Project Finance you will be a valuable member of the team supporting the Project Finance team and respective Development team in focus regions (Europe, APAC, Latam – with particular focus on Australia), on all activities related to financing of projects, including market and risk analysis, financial modelling, project finance bankability, bonding requirements, swaps, finance execution, valuations, reporting and portfolio management etc.

As a Project Finance Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare bank teasers and RFPs for lending terms, assess bank offers, review documentation.
• Manage bank processes, including NDAs, information provision, soliciting and assessing responses, due diligence coordination.
• Manage financial models from project financing identification, through investment assessment and approvals, due diligence processes and transaction execution,
• Post-execution management of project cashflow, performance and provision of bank information and reporting (portfolio management)
• Market research - maintain database of relevant renewables market transactions for pertinent jurisdictions.
• Assist with deal execution, including documentation, coordination of advisors, hedging, bank guarantees.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Completed and undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, engineering

• Project finance related experience, in a bank, fund or advisory firm.
• Relevant renewable energy industry experience strongly preferred.
• Substantial experience with building and using financial models would be valued.
• Experience in deal team/transaction process including RfP, price negotiation, due diligence, loan and project documentation, interest rate hedging, financial close process.
• Financial modelling skills and understanding of three-way financial statements.
• Fundamental understanding of relevant cashflow and legal principles for project financing.
• Sound knowledge of financing concepts and credit/risk analysis.
• Basic understanding of renewable energy projects (wholesale electricity market, PPAs, grid/network connection, renewable energy generation).

The Opportunity

As Senior Account Executive - PR, you will be:

• Supporting PR programs from beginning to end, working with team members to coordinate and complete each step in the process
• Acting as point of contact for clients on projects and one-off asks 
• Supporting account leads with planning, strategy, briefs and timelines, maintaining a high quality to your deliverables
• Staying up-to-date on current news and industry trends impacting our work, sharing POVs internally and externally
• Participating in mentorship and training programs 

About You

Experience you have:

• You have about 2-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, and/or client service in a related field, in an agency environment. You’ve supported accounts and client workstreams, and have successfully placed coverage in national, local and trade media outlets. You’ve worked on multiple account teams at once and interacted with clients regularly. You’re familiar with consumer brands,
